I purchased the internet monitoring product and was charged for the download. I never received the download nor can I get customer support or email support. Phone disconnected! Thieves!!!!
No phone number given. Searched and obtained number in Savannah,but was disconnected. Apparently Better Business has had problems with these crooks.
